Welcome to PanLinkGo.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the PanLinkGo website, user accounts, file-processing and download services, and other related features.

By accessing or using PanLinkGo, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use PanLinkGo.

1. The PanLinkGo Service

PanLinkGo provides services that help users access, retrieve, process, and download files from supported third-party file-sharing services.

Depending on the features you use, you may submit a supported share link to PanLinkGo, view files available through that link, select the files you want, and have PanLinkGo process and prepare those files for download.

PanLinkGo is an independent service. Unless expressly stated otherwise, PanLinkGo is not affiliated with, authorized by, sponsored by, endorsed by, or operated by any third-party file-sharing platform supported by the service.

We may add, modify, or discontinue support for particular platforms, link types, file types, or features as technical conditions, third-party services, or our product evolve.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable law in order to use PanLinkGo.

If you have not reached the legal age required to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction, you may use PanLinkGo only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian where permitted by applicable law.

You may not use PanLinkGo if applicable law prohibits you from using the service.

3. User Accounts

Certain PanLinkGo features may require you to create or sign in to an account.

You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account to the extent reasonably attributable to you.

You must not access another person’s account without authorization or abuse the account system through automated registration, false registration, bulk account creation, or similar methods.

You must not intentionally circumvent PanLinkGo pricing, usage limits, purchase restrictions, or other service rules by sharing accounts, creating multiple accounts, or using similar methods.

4. Share Links and Authorization to Access Files

To use PanLinkGo, you may submit a share link from a third-party file service and, where necessary, provide an access code, password, extraction code, or similar access information.

By submitting a link, selecting files, or requesting PanLinkGo to process content, you represent that:

• you are authorized to access the submitted share link and related content;
• you are authorized to retrieve, download, or use the files you select;
• your access to and use of the files does not violate applicable law or the legal rights of another person; and
• you will not use PanLinkGo to gain unauthorized access to files, accounts, systems, or services.

The fact that PanLinkGo is technically able to access or process a file does not grant you ownership, copyright, or any other intellectual property rights in that file.

You are responsible for determining whether you are legally permitted to access, download, possess, copy, or use the relevant content.

5. Third-Party File Services

Some PanLinkGo features depend on independently operated third-party file-sharing services.

Those third-party services have their own terms, privacy policies, access rules, technical limitations, and content policies.

PanLinkGo does not control those platforms and cannot guarantee that they will continue to support particular features or access methods.

For example, PanLinkGo’s ability to access or process files may be affected if:

• the original share link expires, is deleted, or becomes restricted;
• an access code or permission changes;
• files are deleted, moved, or modified by the original uploader;
• the third-party platform experiences an outage or maintenance;
• the third-party platform changes its technical interfaces, access rules, or security mechanisms; or
• the third-party platform restricts particular regions, networks, accounts, or access methods.

PanLinkGo is not responsible for the availability, policy changes, or technical failures of third-party services.

6. File Processing

To provide the service you request, PanLinkGo may need to retrieve, transfer, process, and temporarily store the files you select.

Files may pass through servers, networks, and third-party infrastructure used by PanLinkGo.

Such processing is performed only as reasonably necessary to provide the requested service, maintain system security, investigate technical issues, or comply with applicable legal obligations.

PanLinkGo does not provide permanent file storage or long-term backup services.

7. Download Availability Period

Once files have been processed and are ready for download, PanLinkGo will normally retain them for 7 days.

The 7-day period begins when the files become ready and available for download.

After the availability period ends, the files will be deleted from the temporary storage used to provide the download and may no longer be recoverable.

You are responsible for downloading and securely storing any files you wish to keep before the availability period expires.

If files have been deleted after the availability period, retrieving them again will normally require a new processing request.

8. Processing Times

PanLinkGo may display estimated file-processing times or status information.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, any processing time shown is an estimate and not a guarantee of completion by a specific time.

Actual processing times may vary depending on factors including:

• file size;
• number of files;
• availability of the source file service;
• network conditions;
• third-party restrictions;
• system demand; and
• unexpected technical issues.

Large files, unusual links, or other special circumstances may require significantly more time than ordinary tasks.

9. Pricing and Payments

Before you confirm a paid service, PanLinkGo will display the applicable price or pricing calculation.

Different services may be priced according to file size, purchase type, number of downloads, download package, or other conditions clearly shown on the relevant page.

You are responsible for reviewing the selected files and displayed price before confirming payment.

Payments may be processed by independent third-party payment providers. When using a third-party payment service, you may also be subject to that provider’s applicable terms and policies.

PanLinkGo does not directly store complete payment card numbers, card security codes, or similar complete payment credentials.

Unless otherwise stated during checkout, bank fees, foreign exchange charges, or other fees imposed by third parties may be your responsibility.

10. Download Packages and Other Prepaid Products

PanLinkGo may offer download packages, prepaid allowances, credits, or other usage-based products.

The applicable product page will describe the number of included downloads, per-download file-size limits, validity period, and other relevant conditions.

Unless expressly stated otherwise at the time of purchase, download packages or similar benefits:

• may only be used by the account that purchased them;
• may not be resold or used to commercially resell PanLinkGo services;
• have no cash value;
• may not be transferred to another user; and
• expire at the end of the stated validity period.

Unused downloads or benefits may automatically expire when the validity period ends.

11. Refunds

Rules regarding cancellations, refunds, payment failures, tasks that cannot be completed, and related compensation are governed by PanLinkGo’s separate Refund Policy.

The Refund Policy forms part of these Terms.

Nothing in the Refund Policy or these Terms limits any mandatory refund, withdrawal, or consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12. Acceptable Use

You may use PanLinkGo only for lawful purposes.

You must not use PanLinkGo to engage in:

• unauthorized access;
• copyright or other intellectual property infringement;
• fraud;
• phishing;
• malware distribution;
• cyberattacks;
• circumvention of security controls;
• interference with systems or services; or
• other unlawful activity.

You must not attempt to interfere with the normal operation of PanLinkGo or, without authorization, scan, test, probe, or attack our systems.

You must not use automated tools to submit excessive requests, create large numbers of tasks or accounts, or otherwise impose an unreasonable load on the service.

You must not use technical methods to circumvent service limits, pricing rules, file-size limits, usage allowances, anti-abuse measures, or other system restrictions.

Unless we expressly permit it, you may not resell, repackage, or provide PanLinkGo as your own commercial file-download service.

If we reasonably believe an activity may violate these Terms, applicable law, third-party rights, or the security of PanLinkGo or its users, we may take appropriate measures to restrict that activity.

13. User Content and Third-Party Content

PanLinkGo does not create the files accessed through third-party links and generally does not edit or control the contents of those files.

The fact that a file can be accessed or processed through PanLinkGo does not mean that PanLinkGo approves, endorses, authorizes, or verifies that content.

You are responsible for deciding whether a file is appropriate and safe to access or use.

We do not guarantee that files obtained through third-party services are:

• authentic or accurate;
• complete;
• safe;
• free from malicious code;
• lawful;
• compatible with your device or software; or
• suitable for any particular purpose.

You should take reasonable security precautions when opening, running, or using downloaded files.

14. Intellectual Property

PanLinkGo respects copyright and other intellectual property rights.

You must not use PanLinkGo to obtain, copy, distribute, or use protected content that you are not authorized to access or use.

Your notice should include sufficient information for us to identify the relevant content, link, or task and to reasonably understand the basis of your complaint.

In response to a credible and sufficiently detailed infringement complaint, we may suspend processing, restrict access, preserve necessary records, or take other appropriate action.

Users who repeatedly or seriously misuse PanLinkGo for infringing activity may have their accounts or access restricted or terminated.

15. PanLinkGo Intellectual Property

Except for third-party content and materials otherwise identified, the PanLinkGo website, software, interface, visual design, branding, logos, text, graphics, and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use PanLinkGo solely for its intended purposes.

Use of PanLinkGo does not transfer ownership of our software, trademarks, branding, or other intellectual property to you.

Except where permitted by applicable law, you may not copy, sell, modify, republish, or otherwise exploit protected PanLinkGo materials without permission.

16. Security and Abuse Prevention

To protect PanLinkGo, our users, and our infrastructure, we may use reasonable security and abuse-prevention measures.

These may include:

• rate limits;
• authentication controls;
• security verification;
• bot-detection technologies;
• transaction risk controls;
• network access restrictions; and
• other automated or manual security mechanisms.

You must not intentionally bypass, disable, or interfere with these measures.

Where we detect suspicious, fraudulent, abusive, or malicious activity, we may restrict related accounts, IP addresses, requests, or tasks.

17. Service Availability

We use reasonable efforts to keep PanLinkGo available and operational, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or universal availability.

PanLinkGo depends on internet connectivity, servers, storage infrastructure, and third-party file services, and some circumstances are outside our reasonable control.

We may temporarily restrict certain functionality for maintenance, security, third-party service changes, technical upgrades, or other reasonable purposes.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, PanLinkGo does not guarantee that any particular third-party link or file can always be successfully processed.

18. Changes to the Service and Features

PanLinkGo may change as the product develops.

We may:

• add, modify, or remove features;
• change supported platforms or file types;
• adjust technical limits;
• perform maintenance or upgrades;
• temporarily suspend certain functionality; or
• discontinue parts of the service.

We may also change prices and product structures for future purchases.

Unless otherwise required by law, pricing changes will not retroactively alter completed purchases.

Where a change materially affects existing user rights or benefits, we will provide appropriate notice where reasonably practicable.

19. Suspension and Termination

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate some or all of your access to PanLinkGo where we reasonably believe that:

• you have materially or repeatedly violated these Terms;
• your activity involves suspected fraud, abuse, or unauthorized access;
• your activity creates a security risk to PanLinkGo, our service providers, or other users;
• a payment appears fraudulent, has been reversed, or is subject to abusive dispute activity;
• you repeatedly infringe third-party rights;
• we are required to take action by law; or
• continued provision of the service would create significant legal, security, or operational risk.

Where reasonable and appropriate, we may provide notice or an opportunity to resolve the issue.

You may stop using PanLinkGo at any time.

20. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PanLinkGo is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee that PanLinkGo will always operate without errors, interruptions, or delays.

We do not guarantee that every third-party link can be accessed or that every requested file can be successfully retrieved or processed.

Service failures may result from circumstances including:

• restrictions imposed by third-party platforms;
• expired or unavailable links;
• deleted or modified files;
• network failures;
• infrastructure outages;
• changes made by external services; or
• other circumstances outside PanLinkGo’s reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any statutory warranty, guarantee, or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

21. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PanLinkGo will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the service.

This may include:

• loss of profits;
• loss of business opportunities;
• business interruption;
• loss of data; or
• losses resulting from third-party platforms or third-party content.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PanLinkGo’s total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to a paid service will not exceed the amount you actually paid to PanLinkGo for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

22. Your Responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you may be responsible for claims, losses, damages, or reasonable costs resulting from:

• your unlawful use of PanLinkGo;
• your violation of these Terms;
• your infringement of another person’s legal rights; or
• your submission of links or content that you are not authorized to access.

This section does not expand your liability beyond what is permitted by applicable law and does not limit mandatory consumer rights.

23. Privacy

Our collection and processing of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy.

By using PanLinkGo, you acknowledge that information may be processed as described in that policy.

Temporary file storage and the 7-day file availability period are governed by both these Terms and the applicable provisions of the Privacy Policy.

24. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to PanLinkGo, our technology, our business practices, or applicable legal requirements.

When we update these Terms, we will revise the effective date shown at the top of this page.

Where applicable law requires additional notice of material changes, we will provide such notice.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, your continued use of PanLinkGo after revised Terms become effective means that the revised Terms will apply to your continued use of the service.

Where applicable law requires separate consent to a particular change, we will obtain that consent as required.

25. Applicable Law and Disputes

Your use of PanLinkGo and the rights and obligations arising from these Terms are subject to applicable law.

If you are a consumer, you retain any mandatory consumer protection rights available to you under the laws of your country or region that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited by contract.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to deprive you of rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

If a dispute arises, we encourage you to contact us first at support@panlinkgo.com so that we can attempt to resolve the matter.

26. General Terms

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Our failure to immediately enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce that provision later.

Except where applicable law prohibits such restrictions, you may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our permission.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and any additional terms expressly presented for a particular product or service, form the agreement governing your use of PanLinkGo.

If there is a conflict between these Terms and specific terms expressly provided for a particular service, the specific terms will control with respect to that service, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
