Prepared files are retained for 7 days after they become available for download. After this period, they are deleted from the storage used to provide the download and will generally no longer be available through PanLinkGo.

PanLinkGo does not use the contents of files processed through the service for advertising, user profiling, or training artificial intelligence models.

Payment Information

If you purchase a paid PanLinkGo service, payment processing is handled by a third-party payment provider.

PanLinkGo does not directly store complete payment card numbers, card security codes, or other complete payment credentials.

We may receive limited transaction information from the payment provider, such as:

• payment status;
• transaction identifier;
• amount and currency;
• purchase information;
• billing country or region; and
• limited information about the payment method.

We may use this information for payment confirmation, accounting, refunds, dispute handling, fraud prevention, and customer support.

4. Cloudflare

PanLinkGo uses services provided by Cloudflare to help operate, store, deliver, and secure the service.

Cloudflare R2

PanLinkGo uses Cloudflare R2 for temporary file storage and delivery.

As a result, files prepared for you and related technical information may be processed through Cloudflare infrastructure.

Files stored for download remain subject to the 7-day retention period described in this Privacy Policy.

Cloudflare Turnstile

PanLinkGo uses Cloudflare Turnstile to help identify automated activity, prevent abuse, and protect the service from malicious or fraudulent use.

For these security purposes, Turnstile may process technical information relating to your browser, device, network connection, and interactions with the website.

Cloudflare's processing of information is also subject to its applicable privacy policies and terms.

5. Analytics
